The High Performance Key-Valve® Cartridge is at the heart and soul of Falcon’s water free urinals offering. Providing safe, long-lasting, low-odour performance, Falcon water free urinals save up to 151,000 litres of water per urinal, per year - vastly reducing the cost of your water supply. Since the initial introduction of Key-Valve® technology there have been a number of improvements to the design, setting this cartridges apart from the rest. The latest design includes new patent-pending features to provide the best sealing and flow performance ever.

Replacement Prompt

The patented green Key-Ring® technology dissolves with use, providing a visual signal indicating when your cartridge needs to be replaced. On average, optimal performance can be expected over 7,500 uses.

Robust Technology

High Performance Key-Valve® technology provides more than twice the flow rate of competitor products and previous Falcon designs. The patent-pending Bell Valve features ribs designed to withstand pressure from the back migration of sewer gases. The valve deflects to open, snapping back into place when the liquids pass.

Retro-Fit 

The High Performance Key-Valve's faster flow capacity not only provides an improved user experience (over previous and competitor designs) but also allows installation in existing urinals that flush on a regulated timer basis. Flow rates may reduce marginally over time.

The High Performance Key-Valve® Change Out Service Key is an essential tool, enabling the safe removal and replacement of HPKV Cartridges. This item must be purchased separately - it is not included with the cartridge.

SKV103 Drain Adaptor (Long) 40mm Diameter 

The Drain Adaptor is an essential accessory when installing HPKV cartridges for the first time. The threaded adaptor (@ 75mm overall, complete with locking nut) provides the link (via the urinal bowl) between the cartridge and the drain - allowing the cartridge to lock into place. This item must be purchased separately - it is not included with the cartridge.

SKV104 Drain Adaptor (Short) 40mm Diameter 

The Drain Adaptor is an essential accessory when installing HPKV cartridges for the first time. The threaded adaptor (@ 50mm overall, complete with locking nut) provides the link (via the urinal bowl) between the cartridge and the drain - allowing the cartridge to lock into place.
