We offer a free technical specification and advisory service to assist you in the correct choice of equipment. We keep substantial stocks of most products. Our team of trained specifiers will discuss problems, offer guidance, make recommendations and, most importantly, help on-site if difficulties should occur.

Where it is deemed appropriate, Waterless Cartridges Online will arrange for a technical representative/engineer to attend the site to investigate a reported fault. Before site attendance, we will endeavour to resolve all issues via the telephone, email or alternative electronic methods. This may entail a request for photographs or videos of installations.
A purchase order (and pro forma payment) will sometimes be required before site visits. Alternatively, our services may be provided free of charge initially. However, where it is subsequently proven that the issue was not a direct result of faulty manufacture or defective materials and it is proven that the problem is due to other factors (incorrect installation, wiring, incorrect specification, abuse, misuse, etc), a minimum charge of £250.00 will be made.
Please note. All site visits are restricted to UK Mainland sites and will be undertaken at the sole discretion of Relcross Ltd by prior arrangement and agreement.
